Development plans for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
